Donna S. Karnal (Managing Partner) is an experienced business executive with 20 plus years in search. Prior to launching Ultimate Solutions, LLC, Ms. Karnal was with another firm where she developed the 'search for search' division, making it the revenue leader for three consecutive years. She also served as National Director of Recruiting for global search giant Korn/Ferry International. Before her work in executive recruitment, Donna spent 5 years as a trader for Goldman Sachs on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and then joined Citibank's High Net Worth Division as a portfolio manager. Donna graduated with a BA in sociology from Brooklyn College and has a Masters from Nova University. Ultimate Solutions Search successfully utilizes Ms. Karnal's vast experience in search across a number of industries and vertical markets.

Inge Beintrexler recently joined Ultimate Solutions Search in 2011 as a Vice President, focusing on Recruiting and Operations. Most recently, she was the Chief of Staff for Hunter Advisors working in Marketing, Recruiting and Operations. She was at Hunter Advisors since its inception in 2003. Earlier, she spent one year working as an Operations Consultant at RZB Finance, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Banking Group, which is one of the largest banks in Austria. Prior to RZB, she was a Research Analyst at Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive recruitment firm. At Russell Reynolds, Inge worked within the New York Financial Services practice with a focus on Global Banking & Markets. Inge holds a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany.
