Company Donna S. Karnal (Managing Partner) is an experienced business executive with 20 plus years in search. Prior to launching Ultimate Solutions, LLC, Ms. Karnal was with another firm where she developed the 'search for search' division, making it the revenue leader for three consecutive years. She also served as National Director of Recruiting for global search giant Korn/Ferry International. Before her work in executive recruitment, Donna spent 5 years as a trader for Goldman Sachs on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and then joined Citibank's High Net Worth Division as a portfolio manager. Donna graduated with a BA in sociology from Brooklyn College and has a Masters from Nova University. She began her career in Manhattan with a boutique-recruiting firm on Wall Street placing financial advisors within Merrill Lynch. Carolyn later moved to Moody’s Corporation working as a generalist, focusing on recruiting, employee relations and benefits. After Moody’s she joined IDD Enterprises where she focused on recruiting IT professionals, editors, and sales associates. She started her career in Manhattan at the boutique recruiting firm Taylor Hodson, Inc. where she was a top producing person. In 2002 Heather founded her own search firm, Traber Fitzpatrick, Inc. growing her own contingency business from scratch, delivering candidates across a wide range of industries and functions. Heather has 9 years in the recruiting industry as a generalist where she has successfully completed searches for within hedge funds, investment banks, interactive media, telecommunication and non-profit organizations. Heather attended Pine Manor College in Chestnut Hill, MA majoring in English and French and graduated from the Conservatory at CSC in Manhattan.
